June 15: Not In Our Woods
RANT: We own almost five acres of land inside Loop 323, on Garden Valley Road.
Our immediate yard has a chain-link fence around it. The back part is wooded. We have posted "no trespassing" signs, to no avail.
We do not object to people being out there as long as it's legal activities, but we will not be responsible for anyone out there.
There are some copperhead snakes out there. We've found some that are two-feet long and some smaller.
If the people keep climbing over our fence, tearing it up, they could get in trouble. They have no business inside the fence. If the ones doing it get hurt or bitten by a snake, we will not be responsible.
