TYLER - Smith County Council of District Judges and Council of County Court-at-Law Judges, noon, 114th District Courtroom, Smith County Courthouse, 100 S. Broadway Ave. Discuss, consider and take action reg-arding facilities for the courts, attorney general cases and court services offices considering security needs, docket volumes, jail transportation of inmates, jail overcrowding and the timely disposition of civil and criminal cases.

Tyler City Council meetings air at 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday on local government access cable channel 3. Tyler Planning and Zoning Commission meetings air at 3 a.m. and 7 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday on the same channel.

TISD TV

Tyler ISD Board of Trustees meetings air at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month and are rebroadcast at 2 p.m. the following Saturday and 8 p.m. the following Sunday on TISD TV cable channel 19. Regular board meetings typically take place at the Jim Plyler Instructional Complex, 807 W. Glenwood Blvd.
