Some say John McCain's health care plan is difficult to understand - I don't think so.

He wants to "return" some cash to taxpayers so they can choose and purchase "their own" health policy. I'm always for returning money, but I understand the senator wants to give back cash for the citizens to use. Instead, why doesn't he propose sending a "health care coupon" that is good only for buying health care from a legitimate insurance company?

That way, very few would not get the coverage and there would be a paper trail for the government to monitor crooks (Like food stamps, there no doubt would be scalawags out there trying to rape the system). Anyway, sounds like a winner to me.
