We are witnessing the colossal disasters created by socialist thinking, actions, regulations and the Environmental Protection Agency.

Over the last 40 years our society has been slowly changed and manipulated in ways that have had a serious detrimental effect on the well-being of this nation and its citizens. If you've ever tried to start a small business, there are pamphlets and print-outs that let you know how many ways the agency and system will and can punish you if you don't follow the many rules and regulations they lay out to operate the business by.

You wonder why businesses are moving out of the United States? Our system is set up to save everything but the citizens of this nation. Save the trees, rivers, air, wetlands, animals (polar bears, darter fish, etc.) and the list really goes on and on. Biofuels, mercury-filled light bulbs, freon, wind power, global warming mandates, to name a few, have been the cause of the slowdown of our economy.

Oil prices were not that bad until Democrats took control of the Senate and House. It really all started when socialists took over control of our government 40 years ago and wanted to give handouts to everyone that would take them. Our taxes were used for everything but what our constitution entails

This country is still the only game on the planet but it can be weakened and fall into despair over time. We are seeing the downturn and result of too much government. Is it beyond recovery? I don't know. It doesn't look good.
