Longview Police Investigate Shooting At Trailer Park
LONGVIEW — Longview Police detectives are investigating a shooting that happened at a trailer park Thursday afternoon.
Police said the shooting occurred at the Spring Hill Mobile Home Park, 4000 Burks Road, around 5:40 p.m. One victim, a 37-year-old man, has been taken to Longview Regional Medical Center for treatment, but officials did not release his name or condition on Thursday.
Police believe the shooting happened inside a trailer home at Lot #12, where they found the victim. They said the suspect had already fled the property when police arrived, and they are looking for him at this time. Officials didn’t give a description of the suspect, saying the investigation was in its early stages and little information was available.
