They still don't get it. Smith County's road system is still in the 64 percent bad and poor range.
How about a tax increment financing zone for them? That network probably produces far more revenue for the county than downtown could even it held 50 festivals a year. It needs a serious jumpstart.
The priorities for the majority of the commissioners are off the mark and showing no sign of improvement.
