Tylerites need to look at the qualifications before they head to the polls in the mayoral race.

All candidates seem to be successful in their respective careers, but in leading the city, Laura Corbett stands out. Her past experience as a three-term City Council member and serving as mayor pro tem from May 2002 to May 2003 give her the qualifications we are looking for.

Laura also serves on the city of Tyler Half Cent Sales Tax Board. In a growing city such as Tyler, we need to elect an experienced leader to take us into the future. Laura Corbett has the experience with a proven record.
