MARSHALL - The Texas Alpha Zeta Chapter of the Alpha Chi last week inducted East Texas Baptist University student Travis Jones, of Tyler.

To qualify, students must have completed one year of school at ETBU prior to invitation and vote by the faculty. They must be a junior or senior, have a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and be in the top 10 percent of their class.

Tylerite Christina Eckhoff was inducted into the Alpha Kappa national honor society at ETBU.

Eligible students must have at least 30 credit hours, with 12 hours in religious or theological studies, have a 3.0 GPA overall and a 3.5 GPA in religious courses.
