Prince of Peace Catholic Church in Whitehouse is scheduled to host the second annual Spring Fest from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. April 26 at Prince of Peace, 145488 Texas Highway 110 South, Whitehouse.

There will be a Flower Shop with a large assortment of spring hanging baskets and potted plants, Country Store, games for the young and old, dunking booth, jump house, grocery store with homemade casseroles, cake walk and more, event spokesperson Martha Smith said.

There also will be a Mexican food booth, along with hamburgers, hot dogs and sausage on a stick, a chance drawing for a large barbecue grill, a 15-inch flat screen TV and lots of smaller drawings during the day.

All proceeds will go to the building of the new church, Mrs. Smith said.
