Annual TMF Fundraiser Scheduled For April 25
Trinity Mother Frances Health System's third annual Pearls & Promises Gala, benefiting the FamilyCARE centers is set for 7 p.m. April 25 at Villa de Felicita, 7891 Texas Highway 110 North.
The event is presented by the Trinity Mother Frances Foundation Women's Board as a way to address the burdening costs of caring for under and uninsured women and children.
"The cost of helping mothers and babies has significantly increased since the FamilyCARE Center opened," said Mary Lauren Faulkner, gala chair. "The shortfall in funding has ranged from $3 million to $5 million annually."
The gala includes food, a silent auction and music from headlining group, Rotel and the Hot Tomatoes, listed on Harper Bazaar's top 10 party bands in America.
