City Of Tyler Issues 23 Building Permits
The city of Tyler issued 23 building permits, for $767,005 in estimated construction valuation, during the week of Feb. 10-16. Through January, the city issued 590 permits for an estimated valuation of $39 million. Through January 2007, it issued 480 permits for an estimated valuation of $13.3 million.

  • Bruce McDow, 1637 S. Vine Ave., add 711 square feet, $41,971.


  • RESIDENTIAL
  • Ramiro Bargas, 2417 Plume Drive, add 156 square feet, $3,000.

  • Guillermo Valadez, 1320 W. Connally St, add 576 square feet, $5,000.

  • Rick McCrary, 3915 Pinedale Place, carport, $25,000.

  • Pyramid Homes, 3107 Spruce Place, 2,500 square feet, $150,000.

  • Jim Crane Homes LLC, 908 Cambridge Bend, 3,423 square feet, $325,151.


  • RESIDENTIAL REMODEL
  • Betty Holdway, 922 N. Azalea Drive, $25,000.

  • John H. Nichols, 2602 N. Border Ave., $18,000.

  • Scott Shaver, 5903 Quail Creek Drive, $50,000.

  • Narciso Mendoza, 2028 Bradshaw Drive, $8,000.

  • Maria C. Flores, 1000 E. Nutbush St., $2,000.


  • HVAC
    Ten permits for 17 units and related work, $104,733.


    SIGN
    Two permits, $9,150.
