Lady-In-Waiting: Hallye Sue Fulgham
Hallye Sue Fulgham is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Cullom Walker III and the late John Rawles Fulgham III of Tyler. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Hightower and the late Sue Ann Sigler Hightower of Tyler and Mr. and Mrs. Rawles Fulgham Jr. of Dallas. She is a sophomore psychology major attending Southern Methodist University in Dallas. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi fraternity for women.
Miss Fulgham is a graduate of All Saints Episcopal School of Tyler where she participated in the French Club, Art Club, Young Republicans, cheerleading squad and was named to the A-B Honor Roll and Who’s Who Among American High School Students. She was the recipient of the Distinguished Torch Bearer Award at graduation. Miss Fulgham has participated in volunteer activities including the Junior Symphony League, where she was awarded the Windsor Distinguished Service Award and also served as a junior hostess for the Queen’s Tea. Relatives who have participated in past Rose Festivals include her mother, Wendy Hightower Fulgham Walker, 1981 lady-in-waiting, 1992 Coronation doorkeeper, 1997 Marketing Committee, 1998 Wardrobe Properties, 1999 Wardrobe Committee, 2002 Wardrobe Committee; aunt, Susan Earl Hightower, 1985 lady-in-waiting; cousin, Lauren Ann Townsend, 2005 lady-in-waiting; grandfather, Dick Hightower, member of the Order of the Rose. Tyler relatives include her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dick Hightower.
